The offer: Unique, one of a kind in Vieques

We are selling ten 10 week blocks (reserve two max per year) for the price of yesteryears to twelve special couples. We actually rent the Nest for $125 per nite. Who knows what it will be three or six years from today. We started at $75, so immediately you will realize a gain, if you take our  offer. I still believe the Nest are the best offer for the money, they are spacious,  fully equipped and unmatched by any for its amenities and location. So we are offering you ten weeks at $95 per nite for two for El Pitirre and $105 for La Gaviota. Reserve the weeks ahead of time. Additional adults (3) $20.00pp. You can’t come?  There are three things you can do; 1) rent it out yourself, 2) have me rent it for you (pay a 18%commission), 3) give it away to special relative or friend. But you won’t loose it.
There are just a few weeks blocked; these are; Xmas (24th), New Years (31st), Easter week, and Thanksgiving plus the first two weeks of January, February and March. But not to worry, so what if that is the date you really want? Then just pay the difference of the going rate. At the moment, these weeks are not priced differently but this could change in the future.

Executing the offer: Easy, fast, trustworthy

We will sign a contract to the effect. Both signatures will be notarized independently. You need to send a check for the10 week package for five thousand seven hundred dollars ($5,700 for El Pitirre or $6,300 for La Gaviota).  Also, send a list with the preferred dates and a second choice. After the check is received, I will mail you a notarized contract with the acknowledgment of the proceeds received, the dates blocked and my signature. You will notarize your signature, keep a copy and send the original back to me.

What if we sell the property and the new owners do not want to pursue this venture? You will be refunded the unused portion of your vacation package.
What if we can’t come any more to Vieques? In this case you can sell your portion of the package to another person. We can help you get a buyer or rent the weeks left for you. I will try everything so you do not loose your money. It is my intention to have the Nests occupied. Oh, what if we pass away (God forbid, not in my plans just yet), well anyway, the Nests should continue renting and if the estate is sold then the unused vacation portion is returned to you.
